At Murphy Bed Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your space-saving solution, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all hardware and cabinetry. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and have not been installed to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully repackage all components, including hardware kits and instructions, into the original heavy-duty shipping crates to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Due to the size and weight of Murphy Bed units, we will coordinate a professional freight carrier to pick up the return from your location at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for completeness and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
